Mt Carmel Baptist Church

Pastor Allan joined the staff of Mt. Carmel Baptist Church as Pastor in September of 2023. He has been married to his high school sweetheart, Tonya, for 40 years. Allan has been in the ministry since 1986 and has served as Music, Youth, and Senior Pastor in churches across Texas.  He is a graduate of Wayland Baptist University, Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and Andersonville Theological Seminary.  He has a passion for preaching the Word of God and ministering to the people of God.

Evan began serving at Mt. Carmel on February 1st of 2026. He is a student at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Ft. Worth. Evan has a passion for helping others to know Christ and have a strong walk with Jesus. He is also a drummer, and plays the cajon in our worship services. 

Ashely is a former educator at Tioga Elementary and now helps manages Bunger Electric, her family business.  She is life-long Mt. Carmel member and has served our babies and toddlers for many years now.  "Ms. Ashie" as some toddlers call her love her very much and look forward to being with her. 

Ashely is also in charge of our Cubbies Club in our AWANA program.  

Brother Billy is one Mt. Carmel's deacons and serves as our worship service song leader.  He has served our students for years and now leads our young adult Sunday School class.  We are thankful for Billy and his service to God's people here.
